MOBILE COUNTY, AL (WALA) – Prichard Mayor Jimmy Gardner said his city was left out of funding for improvement projects along the Gulf Coast. This comes after Alabama state leaders made their recommendations to fund projects with money from penalties resulting from the BP Oil Spill.
